- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days after payment is received.
- Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or due to high order volumes.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available). Tracking information may take 2–7 business days to update after your order has been dispatched.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations. As a result, you may receive multiple packages on different dates.

- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
